To play the penny smoking game you will need:
- Some friends (not hard everybody likes weed)
- A glass
- Some Rizla / rolling paper
- Elastic Band
- A penny
Setting up the penny game:
- Cover the top of the glass with Rizla/tissue paper.
- Put the elastic band round the top of the glass covering the Rizla and making it as taught as possible.
- Stick the penny on top of the rizla.
How to play the penny smoking game:
- Pass the joint around, each person takes a drag then burns a hole in the paper,
